What we do best

We specialise in designing and managing community programs from conceptualisation right through to evaluation.

  • Health and Wellbeing - Healthy Tasmania

    Health & Wellbeing

    Yep, it’s a thing!

A thing that many organisations have never felt more pressure to get right for their people and their communities. Luckily, it’s also a thing that our team has been getting right for 20 years!

We design and manage evidence-based, practice-informed projects that help people live better, work better and create lifelong habits.

  • Data Collection - Healthy Tasmania

    Data Collection

Need a fast, easy way to capture all of the rich data from your community project or service? We know first hand how much time this can take, so we created an easy to use platform with integrated apps which is (quite literally) made for the job.

The I’m In™ data collection system allows your team to spend more time creating and delivering great programs, events and services whilst knowing quality data is being collected for evaluation. Get ready to demonstrate your programs impact with ease!

  • Resources - Healthy Tasmania

    Resources

Whether it's stretching tips, healthy catering ideas or ways to top ways to engage your community we love sharing some of our resources for free.

Keep an eye across this page to see what gems turn up for you to download and use straight away.

We pull these resources directly from our big basket of unique intellectual property that we’ve developed after thousands of hours experience doing what we do best. Click through and get amongst it!

Work with the Directors

  • Lucy Byrne

Lucy is the Managing Director of Healthy Tasmania and has made creating connections her speciality.

Through training and coaching programs, facilitation and advice, she supports organisations and communities to make the type of connections they need, to create the futures they want, but don’t know how to achieve.

Lucy’s deep and varied experiences have demonstrated how connection creates choice, and choice creates control.

  • Penny Terry

Penny is the Creative Director of Healthy Tasmania. She is an engagement specialist who helps experts, leaders, and organisations ask better questions, share better stories and create better systems.

Penny gets paid to be curious about people, organisations and ideas, then helps them understand and share what they’ve discovered in the best ways. She’s a coach, trainer, facilitator and award wining podcaster delivering her services across the globe.
